Dr. Herzik understands firsthand the challenges of finding the right mentor and is committed to ensuring that new dental professionals receive the guidance they need to thrive. Through M.E.N.T.O.R, he provides mastermind groups, private coaching, and a structured platform that connects mentors and mentees in a meaningful way. His mission is to help young dentists build confidence, refine their communication skills, and master their craft—empowering them to step into their careers with clarity and purpose.

A 2023 graduate of dental school, Dr. Herzik has always sought to grow both personally and professionally while uplifting others along the way. While he is passionate about clinical dentistry, he recognizes that true fulfillment comes from making a difference beyond the chair. Whether through speaking engagements, mentorship programs, or reshaping education in the field, Dr. Herzik is determined to leave a lasting legacy in dentistry.
