Empowering Women Dentists and Transforming Healthcare Leadership
Dr. Isabel Rambob is a dynamic leader, educator, and advocate with over 25 years of
experience in dentistry and 15 years as a speaker and trainer. Currently serving as Assistant
Dean for Student Affairs at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, she is a champion
for student development, retention, and success. She is also a board member of the
International College of Dentists US Section Foundation, the Smiles for Success Foundation
and the Oklahoma County Dental Society.
As the President of the American Association of Women Dentists (2023-2024) , Dr. Rambob
strived to inspire future generations of women in dentistry, promoted professional growth, and increased representation in leadership roles. She is one of the recipients of the 2024
DentaQuest Health Access Heroes Award for her work in reducing.barriers to access to oral
health.
With a global speaking portfolio, Dr. Rambob addresses critical topics such as conflict
management, team building, cultural sensitivity, and patient engagement. Her innovative RTS
Interpersonal Skills Framework™ equips dental professionals with the tools to foster effective
communication, enhance teamwork, and improve patient care.
Dr. Rambob’s influence extends beyond the clinic and classroom. She is a certified digital
marketing professional, certified mediator, and sought-after speaker who has delivered lectures across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and South America. A graduate of the State University of Feira de Santana in Brazil, she completed advanced dental training at NYU and Howard University, embodying her commitment to excellence and lifelong learning.
