February Achievement Award Honoree: Dr. Jamal Duval

Dr. Jamal Duval is a dedicated orthodontist who brings artistry and precision to creating healthy, confident smiles at Duval Orthodontics, with locations in Albany and Warner Robins, Georgia. A native of Macon, GA, Dr. Duval’s educational journey began at Morehouse College in Atlanta, where he earned his undergraduate degree. He later obtained his dental degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville and completed specialized orthodontic training at Howard University in Washington, DC.

With a passion for lifelong learning, Dr. Duval stays at the forefront of orthodontic advancements through continuous education in innovative treatments such as Invisalign®, Damon® braces, and Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs). He is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the Georgia Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Duval’s impact extends far beyond his practice. As an educator, he teaches orthodontic assisting at the Orthodontic Assistant School of Atlanta, and as a community advocate, he volunteers for programs like Help A Child Smile and Greater Travelers Rest Youth Smiles, mentoring and inspiring the next generation.
